Breakfast lower the IDL cholesterol concentration so it helps losing weight
The word breakfast is break+fast which means breaks the overnight fasting period, so breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day.
If you skip the morning meal it can interrupt your body rhythm of eating. After you wake up, your blood sugar which makes your muscle and brain work is low. The role of breakfast is to restore the amount of blood sugar. If your body does not get enough energy from food, you may feel dizzy and this results in overeating later in the day.
According to the study done by Peter in 2014, eating breakfast leads to better memory concentration and lower the bad cholesterol concentrations, lDL
cholesterol. Also, it prevents diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight. These days, many people skip their breakfast because they rush to get out the door in the morning.People who skip breakfast usually have snacks with high-fat and sugar before lunch.
Why do kids need breakfast?
Our brain almost relies entirely on glucose for energy. So sleeping and eating breakfast is really important for kids and students who use their brain a lot, because overnight, the liver breaks down glycogen and releases it into your bloodstream as glucose to keep your blood sugar levels stable. If you don’t eat breakfast, you can feel a bit sluggish and struggle to focus on things. It’s because your brain hasn’t received the energy (glucose) it needs to get going.
According to studies, not having breakfast affects your mental performance, including your attention, ability to concentrate and memory and this can make you
feel much more harder than other times. Also students who regularly eat breakfast also tend to perform better academically compared with those who skip breakfast. They also feel a greater level of connectedness with teachers and other adults at their school, which leads to further positive health and academic outcomes.
Breakfast and Your Weight
For people who regularly eat breakfast are less likely to be overweight or obese because breakfast helps helps you control your weight. It also prevents large fluctuations in your blood glucose levels, helping you to control your appetite.
