Gems American Academy hosted its Third Annual career day last week on Jan 30th. Students’ parents were invited to come and introduce their careers and the journey they took to reach where they are now. A lot of different careers were offered for students to participate and get an understanding about what to expect for their future or career. 

A lot of students around the world find it difficult to find a career and future to focus on and that makes it harder on them to find something that they are interested in, here at GAA students got to think about what they want to do in their future. The school’s mission is to provide knowledge to their students so they can precede their dream and countie on with their journey of being as successful as they can.

Career day encompassed their first block of the day followed by 3 sessions that students were instructed to sign up for prior to the day that the event took place, each session had been led by a parent that had volunteered to talk about their job, day-to-day lives and answer any questions that the students might have had. 

To conclude, it’s a tradition that GAA has developed over the years to be able to provide such an experience for the students to find their path of life and make responsible decisions moving forward. While also being able to ask real life questions they have from real specialists that have majored in a specific path.
