Have your parents talked to you about that money going towards your applications? Seniors are now ready to apply for the careers of their dreams. They have their future at their fingertips, behind a screen they apply for, and it can be full of anticipation and hard work. It is a time for seniors to reflect on their achievements, passions, and unique qualities as school students. Choosing the right university and program helps set foundation to your goals and interests to fulfill your educational experiences. 

However, how can you know you are going to the right place?

First of all, we have three wonderful counselors at GAA who can help you in every way shape, and form, with looking at universities, and knowing which program is right for you based on your progress in high school. Remember they have all the documents so don’t even try to hide the bad ones, you’ll get caught! As counselors say, do your homework, meaning searching up universities and programs, this can all be done on the website the school provides which is unifrog. And last but not least attend the free university fairs the school offers! Check your email, you guys are almost university students come on, act like one! Be active on the college and career Google Classroom and of course.

I keep hearing about the US here and Australia there. As a senior I love to hear these countries flying around the GAA building. For me, it provides motivation for where I will soon be, and I hope it does so for others as well. Be the future you want and make wise decisions.
